Meet Alisha, the founder and CEO of The No Foundation Nation. With almost a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry, Alisha is a registered nurse who specializes in natural-looking, advanced regenerative medicine and corrective skin treatments. More than anything, she is passionate about skin health and believes that every woman should wear their foundation because they want to, not because they have to.

Going a step further, Alisha loves to educate patients on how to continue their skin journey outside the treatment room. “True skin health begins at home-where daily habits, mindful choices, and a healthy lifestyle lay the foundation that no in-office treatment alone can replace.” With a deep-rooted vision in mind, Alisha longs to impact her community for women, both near and far!

Meet Jason, the co-founder of The No Foundation Nation. Jason brings a grounded, results-driven perspective to The No Foundation Nation, helping men feel confident stepping into the world of skin health and aesthetics. As an advocate for preventative care, he believes that taking care of your skin is not about vanity — it’s about health, confidence, and showing up as your best self for your family, career, and life. 

Passionate about making skincare approachable for men, Jason focuses on simple routines, effective treatments, and practical education that removes the intimidation factor often associated with aesthetics. His goal is to normalize conversations around men’s skin health and create a space where men feel comfortable investing in themselves without stigma. “My mission is to help men look refreshed, feel confident, and realize that taking care of yourself is a sign of strength, not weakness."
